If you refer a new Owner to Cornerstone, we will gladly pay you one month’s management fee as a referral commission. Owner must sign a one year management agreement; if the property is vacant, the referral fee will be paid upon occupancy of the property.
We will lease and manage the property – then, when the owner is ready to sell, we will turn the property back to you for the sale!
